Change is hard, especially with long term or deeply personal situations. Given a choice, we would NOT change. However, it is funny how our opinion of change changes when we find ourselves in a difficult or personally painful set of circumstances. In those moments, change cannot come fast enough. At that moment we are open to change, often at a cost. The message of the Kingdom is a message of transformation, not simply change, and the difference is substantial for us individually and for us as a community.
